Indigenous Communities
The Kaizen Safety Group is a business ownership team with strong Indigenous lineage and many years of successful community relationships.
We are committed to building genuine community relationships with open and honest communication lines. Working together we can provide training, mentoring, employment, and joint business opportunities. We will continue to learn and build on our understanding of the unique legal and constitutional rights, history and cultures of Indigenous people and communities in all the areas we conduct business.
We currently offer the following services in development and support of both our current and long-term community relationships.
- Emergency Response Planning specific to each community
- Safety Culture workshops specific to each community
- Leadership for Operational Excellence workshops for community leadership
- Employment Opportunities focused on the Kaizen safety career path and philosophy

- Custom Fire Suppression Systems

Interim Worker Programs through one of our highly sponsored community non-profit organizations. This summer program would be through the Medicine River Wildlife Centre and would offer the following:
- Transportation and intake of injured animals
- Receiving and stabilization of injured animals
- Treatment and care of injured animals
- Recovery and releasing animals back into the wild
