Phillip McGeough, or Barry as most know him (or Dad, as our Director of Business Development calls him), is our Senior Respiratory Protection Consultant. He is our specialist for any and every critical Respiratory Protection scenario.
Starting in the Canadian Oilfield at age 16 he followed his Dad, Phil McGeough the 1st, drilling and completing wells throughout Western Canada. Barry is a wire-liner, a trade welder, company owner, NCSO, NEBOSH certified, multiple course instructor, HSE Manager, Painter, Tai-Chi practitioner, sky diver, hand loader, hunter, fisherman, Reiki practitioner, motorbike lover… we could go on! He has managed Safety Projects across the world and has been bringing people home safely to their loved ones, as a career, since he started at Oiland Safety Engineering in 1985.
Barry’s passions are his family, friends, and helping us out whenever we need it. Catch him hanging out at Sylvan Lake, watching a Green Bay Packers game, or at the local Tim Horton’s telling war stories and old jokes with his group of Oilfield legends.

Marty Rehman is our Senior Business Consultant, where he will focus on mentoring and providing professional guidance based on his many years of successful business operations. He will also assist with new business development opportunities as well.
Marty is a professional firefighter and a certified safety specialist with over 45 years of business management and safety experience. He has worked for reputable industrial safety companies including Canada’s oldest safety company, Canada’s largest safety company, and owned and operated his own safety company successfully for years. He has held positions such as field supervisor, area manager, operations manager, director of industrial services, president, and CEO.
Marty enjoys spending time with his family, making everyone laugh, and the famous Toronto Maple Leafs.

Carrey Brown is our Business Administration Coordinator, where she will oversee and process our accounts payables, account receivables, payroll, and corporate bookkeeping.
Carrey is a graduate from the St. Francis Xavier University, completing her Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Economics with honours. She has worked for reputable companies including Canada’s oldest safety company, Service Credit Union, and TD Canada Trust. She has spent the last 20 years applying her education in basic accounting, personal and commercial financial advisory roles. She has held positions such as accountant clerk, personal banker, financial advisor, and branch manager.
Carrey enjoys spending time with her family, watching her son’s football development, travelling to tropical destinations, and most of all, her Kick Boxing.

Mark Brown is our Director of Business Operations. He specializes in managing resources, developing, and implementing “Big Picture” operational plans, evaluating organizational efficiencies, and working with the team to maximize staff productivity. Mark will also apply his previous experience towards building genuine Indigenous community and client relationships with the goal of determining improvement-based solutions together.
Mark is extremely passionate about promoting workplace loyalty, honesty, and respect. He started his safety career in 1996 and has spent numerous years between Red Deer, Grande Prairie, and Calgary, Alberta working with reputable safety professionals, business mentors, and companies. He has dedicated over 20 years to becoming more competent with business management operations, developing client relations, and guiding employees and friends towards career advancement opportunities. Mark has held positions such as area manager, general manager, chief operating officer, and president between only 2 employers.
Mark’s passions are his family, watching his son’s football development, comradery with his hunting brothers, and the legendary Battle of Alberta. He is now focusing on his continued education with his eyes set on Project Management and MBA programs.

Grant Kelly is our Director of Quality Assurance. He specializes in the development and continuous improvement of procedures, personnel, and support systems to ensure we are providing the absolute best service for our team and our clients.
Grant has experience working in such diverse industries as Commercial Aviation, Construction and Manufacturing, as well as 43 years in the Oil and Gas Industries of Canada, the Middle East, and South East Asia. He has a solid track record in training, mentoring, and coaching having guided the careers of countless field workers as well as HSE Supervisors. Grant has just recently completed a project consulting to a large American oil and gas producer working in Malaysia and the South China Sea on a 7-year program to develop and improve their workplace safety culture and to develop and improve their leadership skills.
He has designed and delivered seminars in Delhi, Mumbai, and Chennai, India on Incident Investigation, HSE Management Systems, Developing an Interdependent Safety Culture, and Leadership Development & Workplace Culture.
Grant also enjoys building wooden boats, riding his motorcycle, helping with wildlife rehabilitation, and sharing in the raising of his 4 grandchildren.

Phil McGeough is our Director of Business Development. He specializes in the strategic growth, marketing and service delivery of our company while ensuring we are providing effective solutions to our clients and communities.
Phil started his industrial safety career in 1996 from Red Deer, Alberta and spent time in Fort St. John (BC), Whitecourt, Edmonton, and Calgary, holding various roles in operational management, sales/marketing and executive business development. In 2020 he completed his NCSO program through the ACSA furthering his industrial safety knowledge and growth. As the 3rd generation of Phil McGeough in the Alberta Oil and Gas industry, his roots are deep in the Alberta Oilfield and Industrial Safety Markets. Phil’s passions are his family, both people and pets. He enjoys all travel, most specifically for live music and sporting events. Erin Young is our Social Media Marketing Coordinator, where she focuses on maintaining the website content, developing our marketing material, and promoting our company creatively on social media.
Since 1999, Erin has worked for an organization where she has created and implemented their public education program including formal presentations, handouts and brochures, website maintenance, print and electronic newsletters, and social media. She has also authored 4 children’s books teaching respect for wildlife and the environment. She has received training in social media, joomla, and online graphic platforms and is constantly learning.
Erin enjoys time with family, revelling in nature, playing basketball, connecting with friends, and watching her daughters dance competitively.
