I have worked for almost every safety company in Alberta and in my opinion, Kaizen is by the far the best safety company out there. They have the best safety culture, which is actually implemented, and the air trailers have the best layout I’ve seen anywhere. The safety training is not only taught in a classroom or online, they mentor everyone one-on-one in the field until the person is competent and ready, which is rarely seen in most safety companies. Kaizen actually lives and acts upon SAFETY. The management really values everyone’s opinion and cares about all employees. Kaizen treats everyone like one big family.
